Voltage problem
2009 Lexus ISF with intermittent voltage issues. The VSC, track, and ABS lights come on on the dash, and I can't control the air conditioning. I turn it off, and when I turn it back on, the problem disappears until I've been running for a while.

Check the Voltage regulator. A shop/store can do it for you, or you can do it yourself with a meter. Observing DC Voltage may not reveal the issue, but looking for AC voltage at the battery will reveal it.
