Is $35k for 2011 ISF Ultrasonic Blue Mica 95,000 miles sounds reasonable? Everything clean and complete as far as service records and recalls. Valley plate done 78k miles
Flaws are rear bumper need replacement because of tabs being broken, hole for exhaust is also broken and quarter size dent, and front bumper has old ppf prolly need repaint. Eveything else body wise seems perfect no dings. Interior little scratches here and there
exhaust rattling.

IMO, $35K is too much for that particular ISF. I'd say 30-32K. But if I'm being honest, I'm not feeling it with that exhaust/rear bumper issue. Seems like that (or previous) owner did a total hack job of installing something extremely basic (cat-back), screwed it up, broke tabs (why take the bumper off?), and is fine with a leaking exhaust.
Basically, someone messing around with no mechanical ability. Who knows what else he's tinkered with?
That's a bit higher. If it didn't have the issues you mentioned, maybe the price is okay as USB is rare. I'd put it at closer to $30k. Seems like a seller trying to get last year's value.

It's reasonable. But at the end of the day, the price is good if YOU think it's good and bad if YOU think it's bad/high. You'll be the ones buying/repairing the car. What we think doesn't matter
If you're a handyman and can fix the flaws yourself, IMO, it's an excellent price for and excellent vehicle. If you have no hookups and need to spend $10k in repairs, etc, not such a good deal anymore.
End of the day, it's a 12+ year old car...don't expect perfection in any of them. But don't let that nor anyone's opinion on the Internet hold you back from getting in a super nice, that car! A few thousand dollars shouldn't make or break you on this car/deal. You'll be glad you spend the money!
