Default Bushing Install--Phoenix Area

--

I'm finding it hard to locate a shop to do the lower control arm bushing install in the Phoenix area. Of course the dealers want to put on whole assemblies for $1,100. or so, and most other shops will only do it at the "shop rate" of about 2.5 hours or more. Plus alignment. Has anyone in this area (preferably in the n.w. side of town) found a lonely mechanic that will do it for a reasonable hourly rate? The alignment can be done at many places, so the small mechanic doesn't have to have the alignment equipment.

I'm planning on putting the 48075... set on a 2015 IS350c. I believe that will fit okay.

It takes 45 minutes to an hour to replace the bushings. There’s no pressing involved. Very easy and straightforward job to do. Someone who quoted you 2.5hrs for the labor must think that bushings need to be pressed in.

I know. I have to explain that to all the shops I've contacted so far. I don't have a good place to do it myself and am physically challenged, so I have to have a shop do it. I just haven't found one which is why I was asking for a lead. I have lined up 3 U-Tube videos to show any shop that's willing.

I would google few best shops or even performance shops in your area and take it from there. Any mechanic should be able to swap LCA bushings.
Make sure these bolts get torqued with the wheels on the ground.
