Default Suspension refresh

I have about 120k miles on a 2012 is350c. Suspension has never been touched. The struts are probably worn down; the ride is a little bumpy sometimes even on nicely paved asphalt. The car isn't noticeably sagging but I don't want to wait until that point.

I had the F-sport sway bars installed a while ago. What should I do? I don't want anything excessively harsh. Should I just go with OEM struts? KYB? A very reputable shop near me recommended KYB. Coils? What is your opinion. Open to all suggestions .

KYB Shocks would most likely continue to provide a nice , comfortable ride. Many coilovers with softer spring rates will offer a comfortable ride yet offer improved performance. Figs has refresh kits , but you may not be due for that yet. KYB does not have coils for our platforms to my knowledge.
