Default Fair price?

Found this 2015 IS 350C with only 4.5k miles, obsidian black, asking price is 38.9k. It's already 1k below KBB. What's a good price for this? Thanks for any inputs.

4.5k miles with 2 more years of bumper to bumper warranty. That's actually a phenomenal find, and probably the last 'new' IS350C around. Price is fair given the mileage and year.

Thanks for all the inputs. I'll ask the dealer if it's ok to take the car to a mechanic shop to have it checked out, it's not a CPO

If you don't mind sharing how much you paid for it?

So I bought it for 38k plus 500 for dealer fees. Still waiting for the DMV in my home state to process the paper work , then I'll know how much I'll pay in taxes and registration. The drive from Vegas back to Phoenix was really nice , lots of twisty highways to test the car. My first convertible, I really like it.
Thank you for all the inputs.
