Default V8 Is 350C?

I'm new to the forums and car scene. Only experience I have with builds was my 1990 crx with a pr4 ECU and B18A1 engine/tranny(rebuilt) But I'd like to know how much it would cost and if it were possible to get a 2013 IS 350C and drop the ISF's 5.0L V8 along with its 8 speed tranny and it's ECU in it with aimgain's tuner Style VIP sport body kit with their G-Luxe hyper chrome rims. And also if there were any other parts I'd have to purchase to make this possible? overall goal is getting a car with a luxury interior and sports car under the hood while having the import tuner style exterior.
Or
Should I just save myself the trouble and stick with the stock IS 350 C F sport with the body kit, rims and paint job.

It's a long road to accomplish it all, but I would love to drive the end result

haha exactly. I'm only a senior in high school but my parents would get me the stock IS 350 C F sport when I grad college. All I gotta do is save up for the parts I want to tweak it with.

Let me party poop really quick

IS350C Fsport $50,000 ?
ISF engine + tranny swap $15,000 ? + all kinds of ECU lights, CEL, VSC etc...

Or just buy an ISF for $55,000 - $60,000..... While still achieving ----> (overall goal is getting a car with a luxury interior and sports car under the hood while having the import tuner style exterior.)

Yeah I know kinda pricy but I saw that aimgain kit for it and I couldn't resist I have to add it to my collection. I didn't want to go thru the trouble of finding sideskirts to go with the front and back bumper while not looking weird.

I could but then that'll mean I'll have to stretch out the aimgain kit to make it fit. And I don't know how hard that'll be

Wish I had these kind of dilemmas in life lol

I'd just get an F to begin with and maybe consider another kit

Alright. But I'd probably still be looking towards this body kit. If its possible how hard would you guys think it'll be to stretch the body kit a inch or so to fit the isf and/or how much it may cost to pay a more experienced person to do it for me?

would be cheaper to stretch and mold the aims gain kit to an ISF instead of doing an engine swap and getting everything to work

Do you just want the ISF V8? there is a member here on CL he put a Lexus 4.3 V8 in his IS250. He called it the IS430. very nice build too.

Here is the Thread.

you can get the kit and pay a body shop to customize it.

That would be amazing! I've contemplated a possible V8 swap in mine since I have some of the carbon build up issue some 250's have. Seems like a lot to do though so I'll just stick to aesthetics for now!

Would definitely put a dent in the bank account, but why not if that's what you want! In four years when you graduate there could be more Lexus coupe options available. Faster ones maybe!
