Damn, sucks for the 2011 owner to already have damage.

If you can afford it, go with the IS-F! But Micaiah will be dearly missed.

The 2011 is new, never registered. I found out about the damage while looking at the car and going through the glove box. There was a work order saying that the repair to the damaged rear has been completed and signed off.

I didn't see where the damage was and the paper was not specific. I looked kind of funny crawling on the ground with my butt sticking out and my head under the rear bumper looking for damage to the underside that can't be covered by paint.

When I talked to the sales guy on the phone today he said he didn't know about any damage. I told him where to look for the work order.

I just called him to see if he found it or has an answer about the damage but he hasn't called me back yet.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'd like to have the power of the ISF but there are a few things on Micaiah that are not on the ISF. Like the dynamic cruise which is VERY important.
The convertible is something I've always wanted but they aren't the best looking from the rear. I don't believe it has dynamic cruise either.
Can you get the 2011 USB at a heavily discounted price? Or just stay with your '09 SGM! I mean, white on white sounds exquisite, but good luck selling it in the future lol.
totally pick the is-F, especially now that you found the damage, you can probably haggle for a very nice price
Ah, good point.
The ISF is going for 62k without tax, lic, etc. I asked about a price drop because of the damage and that's when he claimed to be ignorant about it. I said, yes, there's been damage to the car, it should be on it's record. I'm sure if you run the VIN it would be on there. Can you find out for me what exactly happened to the car? He actually just stood there and didn't answer for a while. I had to say, "Hello? Did you hear what I just said?" in order to get him to respond.
Yes, I actually did say that and I felt mean right after. But it's like I put him on the spot when I said I saw the work completion signed off.
I don't know. Maybe I'm getting too deep into this.
And what if I park the vert under a tree and some bird bombs the leather after eating those red berries....
*sigh*
I vote for the IS F, the sound they make is reason enough to get one. I am not crazy about the C's big booty either.
Do you really drive that fast or race? If not, Micaiah is plenty quick...
If you are going to trade... can I have her/his feet? I love those F-Sport wheels.
My vote for the F if you can get a deep discount on it... You can never have too much power...
