Question Gutted Catalytic converter

I have a 2010 is250c and im looking into the "M force tune" and it states that the primary or secondary cat is suggested to be gutted. My question is which catalytic converter is unmetered so it doesn't throw me a code for the cats. Thanks in advance!

Do not gut your cats. Do you already have an aftermarket exhaust?

Normally the secondary Cats are not sensored on a Lexus. Gutting they will make strange noise. Best to cut them out and straight pipe where they were. Of course for Track or off road use only advise. Also get a Intake if you are looking for extra power with the Tune.
