is350C: which mods, spoiler and best audio system??
advice and recommendations?
The only person that makes a drop-in spoiler would be AIMGAIN, but it is very expensive and imo not the best looking. There are some users that are modifying BMW M4 trunk lid spoilers to fit onto the IS350C. If you're interested, I can see if I can find a picture of this for you.
Modification wise, it depends on what you want out of the car. It will never be super fast, but I have some mods that make my car more fun:
1. Catback exhaust (Megan midpipe and custom axleback)
2. F-Sport wheels (weight reduction and style)
3. F-Sport sway bars (slightly helps handling)
4. RR Racing USRS (helps tire wear and steering response)
5. BC Coilvers (stance and helps handling)
6. F-Sport Intake (looks cool, sounds cool, not much performance benefit)
7. RR Racing tune (helps with bolt ons)
8. F-Sport BBK (looks cool, helps with braking, weight reduction)
9. Seibon Carbon Hood (looks cool, minor weight reduction, helps engine cool)
10. Carbon Side Skirts (looks cool, helps slightly with ground effect)
11. Lexus OEM Wind Screen (looks cool, helps prevent choppy noise when top is down)
12. VLAND Headlights (makes the car look newer. I also get them at a great price, so I can help you get a set at a great price if interested)
13. Carbon Splitter (will be DIY custom, not yet installed)
14. Carbon Duckbill or APR GTC-350 wing (duckbill will be custom by myself if I have time to R&D. But I also have an APR GTC wing that I'm debating on installing. I feel it may be too much for the car.)
Other things to keep in mind if you want to go faster...
1. Replace front seats with bucket seats and remove rear seats. The front seats are about 63lbs each I believe, so you will save a lot of weight upgrading these to go faster.
2. Brakes and wheels are unsprung mass. Replacing these with lighter than OE ones will benefit you the most if you are trying to increase the acceleration of this car.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your reply to this question. I have a 2010 IS350C and the headlights work fine, but are somewhat cloudy. I've tried polishing them which improved them somewhat, but they still are not 100% clear. I'm curious about the VLAND headlights you mentioned in your post. Are they simple plug and play - i.e. unbolt old ones, OEM plug fits new VLAND and all done? If so, I'd be curious how much they would cost? I don't come on this forum very often and couldn't find any sort of private message which most forums have so I didn't know any way to reach out to you with this question. If you aren't too young to use Facebook - just message me on there. I'm the only Pete Neimeier in the world.

Thank you for the info. I went ahead and ordered a set of headlights from VLAND off Ebay. They should arrive in the next week. If I have more questions on install will be sure to reach out. Thank you!
