The current gen one. I used to know BMW chassis codes in and out but I forget these days.
I see there's a special edition M2 for 2026. It's about 100 lbs lighter and more powerful. It probably has a harsh and punishing ride but I just think it's such a cool little car.
It's definitely the best M car on the market right now. It's just ridiculously expensive. But it does have an adaptive suspension, so I'm sure it probably doesn't beat you up too badly (like my previous F87C did to me).
Damn I have had a lot of cars, but this one is bad *** my 2019 M2 was sweet but this one is for sure the best car I have ever owned. So sad it's gone!

^^ what is your impression on the RR bushings? I know they improve steering response and help with tire wear. I have heard some saying they make noise when it gets cold and such. Thoughts?
Well, I purchased the grease from RR should be free for what you spend? No squeak or any noise at all, the car seemed fine as it was, I guess it does seem to turn in faster but again only 500 miles and I have not been in the mountains yet. It was more of a tire wear thing that was on my mind so that's why I did them. Look cool when you lay on the ground and look at them, built well and way more rugged and better than stock ones for sure.

I’ve been reading these threads for a couple of months now. Last week, my car finally came in and I couldn’t be happier! Picked up #428 near Austin and enjoyed driving back to Fort Worth. Good thing it was last weekend too, given all the ice falling at the moment!
I wish there was a way to detonate our vehicles when these animals do this type of crap, they do not deserve to even co-exist on earth! Trash, that is all that comes to mind
FinlV8 - Congrats on your UE!! Great pic, especially the lower shot

Well, not quite detonation, but when I go to S. Africa my colleagues would show me pics of the flamethrowers they used to have on their cars. It is no longer in use.
"The product used liquefied gas, and was installed along the sides of the vehicle under the doors. If a carjacker tried to enter the vehicle (for example, while it was stopped in traffic), the occupant could flip a switch to direct 2-metre (6+1⁄2 ft) plumes of flame toward their faces"
