Hi All - I wanted to replace my wheel-lock lug bolts with OEM lug bolts. I ordered part # 90942-02090 and got the lug bolts that look like the bolt on top in the picture. The original OEM lug bolts, that were on the car, look like the bottom lug bolts in the picture. Does anyone know the part number I should have ordered?
Pretty sure 90942-02090 is the correct part number for your car as seen in the above photo. Do you have factory wheels? BTW I misread your post sorry about that I mixed up which bolt is on your car currently, the bolt you want to match.
Could be an aftermarket bolt I found several with the same split style as yours
edit - found this, could be the style you have is only sold as part of a locking set. This means dealer installed not a factory item. https://www.ebay.com/itm/205314385296
Could be the difference between the BBS and Enkeis. I have Enkeis and mine look like the one in your picture at the top.
I, too, was looking to replace the lock bolts and went with an aftermarket to replace all 20. They are the same size and pitch, look good on the dark enkies I have, but the pitch of the bolt's bowl is wrong. I was not paying attention to what I was buying and bought the wrong seat type for the bolt. I removed the aftermarkets and will probably just buy some OEM if I cannot find something with close to the same seat pitch.
My OEM from the dark enkeis on Top, Aftermarket Bottom
Comparing the rings on the two bolts, you can see the after market bites the weel in only a small area but the OEM bites over nearly the entire surface.
The lug bolt mystery is resolved. I searched on Longo Lexus parts site that shows the IS500 as a choice. The correct lug bolt for the 2024 IS500 is part number 90942-02103 as seen in the picture. It is a 2-piece lug bolt. It seems that Lexus/Toyota uses these lug bolts on the 2024 IS500 and the other lug bolt (1 piece) part number 90942-02090 in the earlier models. Not sure about the 2025 model.
From what I read in other forums (NX or RX) on Club Lexus, these 2-piece lug bolts are used on their wheels also. Someone thought it was because it would do less damage to the wheel.
I also happen to notice that Subaru uses the same part number and what appears to be the same lug bolt, on their Solterra electric vehicle which is the basically the same as the Toyota BZ4X. And, of course, that part is cheaper.

Reason: Clarity
Interesting... When I installed locking lug nuts on my 2023 with BBS wheels, the original bolts were the one piece like the top one on your photo. The bottom one shown here is the lock lug bolt.
If anyone is interested in much better quality bolts than stock, I have 2 McGard sets (with locks) for sale. You can find them in the classifieds section.
