Adapter Type Spacers Compatible with Stock Lug Bolts

Are there any adapter-type spacers that will bolt to the hub of our cars using either the stock lug bolts, or replacement bolts? It feels like a waste to do a stud conversion just to put a spacer over it.

You can do spacers with extended lug bolts; that's what I am doing.
