Lugnuts and Spacers
I got two scenarios here and I need some help from fellow CL members.
1) I am currently riding on stock 16s, and I am about to put on the stock 17s on my car. Will I need new lugnuts? What's the difference between the two?
2) If I get 25mm H&R trak wheel spacers, would I need new lugnuts as well if I put the 17s on?
I tried searching for the two, but not too much info on lugnuts.
Thanks in advance.

If you get the 25mm(like adapters) and they have the studs already in them, you'll be fine. I think anything smaller than 20 or 15 you have to replace with longer studs. Lugs will be fine.
lug nuts generally go with type of wheel you have.
my stock 16s use shank style lug nuts, my aftermarket 20s use tappered lug nuts.
i went with a smaller spline drive nut w/ key so that i run less chance of accidentally scratching the rims when taking them off.
as for spacers, u got regular spacers (which require longer studs if they are more than 5mm), or spacer adapters with new studs on the spacers (requires wheels that have the right type of back hub to be able to use these in case the stock studs are longer than the width of the spacer adapter.
which trak spacers did you get? did you get the DRSs or DRMs?
the DRSs are more like the traditional spacer, which u need to press in new studs if u are running 5mm or wider. the DRMs are the spacer adapters discussed above.
DRs and DRAs are meant for euro cars.

No...use same lugnuts if using OEM 17s on longer studs.

Understood.
I haven't picked up my spacers yet, going to wait til the cold weather is gone here on the west coast then do everything at once. Lowering it with L-tuned, throw on the wheels, and add the spacers.
Will post pix once i am done (although it wouldn't be anything crazy).

Searched and found this thread which seems to have good info.
I have the stock 5 spoke 17"s on my car and was wondering what spacer kit would be best to push the front and rear wheels just out to the wheel wells. I don't need anything aggressive, but just out so that they are flush with the car.
Thanks
