I was hoping that at 16K+ miles I'd not have to worry about the exhaust gasket issue...I guess it can happen anytime Maybe I should pre-emptively get that taken care of.

Had my car finally repaired yesterday, yes I did mention the exhaust gasket them them to check, they said It was fine so they went and changed the oxygen sensor hopefully the Issue Is solved now? Thanks everyone for your Input I appreciate It.

 

It's probably going to come back and then they'll replace the gasket.

 

By "check" I hope they actually took a close look at the fitment of the gasket.

Dealers, am I right?

 

If they mentioned that they sprayed soap and water on it then that's the correct way to check.

 

I was heading home from dropping of someone and see the pics..Heading to the dealership tomorrow. I hope that they are open..

 

Yeah it is most likely the same issue. You are at the mileage where it might pop up.
