I've never modded a car so I'm asking honestly. How accurate are a lot of these companies claims about increased performance? Is it really more for your own mental peace of mind? I'm sure they're using a dyno to figure out the gains and unless there's a disclaimer it should be pretty accurate to what you would get.
RR Racing numbers seem pretty accurate. Some companies will do silly things like only do one before and after run, or do the after run days, weeks or months later.
