I would bid 30 bucks just to keep it around for spare parts, like an exhaust gasket and a bumper clip.

I think we all know this was an attempted flip. The ceramic coating and tint seems to be the "IS 500 Flipper Starter Pack" at this point.
I could be wrong, but tell me that isn't almost every IS 500 with low miles for sale right now.
