Front Apron Separation?
Just in case anyone was wondering: I contacted Lexus and their response was as follows (paraphrasing slightly, not much): "it may be true that many people with a 2022 IS500 are having this issue, however Lexus has not issued a recall, so too damned bad. Fix it yourself."
This sort of thing is partially why I stopped buying German cars, but I digress. I'm having the front bumper removed and repainted due to a nasty road debris ding before I have PPF applied, and the Lexus-certified collision shop is also going to check out the point of separation. Hopefully it's just a retainer clip but we'll see, and I'll update if anything interesting is found.

“Hey...replace the front clips. Grab the ones from the 2023s.”
My dealer notified me that Lexus is not doing a TSB, but is doing warranties on those with a reported separation issue. The fix is a brand new front bumper and new retainers/guides. Bumpers come unpainted and will be painted by a Lexus certified shop. If there is PPF, Lexus will pay to have it redone where it was done originally.
This is just what my dealer told me (Portland); it should be consistent across the board, but....

^^ I am not sure I like that approach TBH, I don't like the idea of have a non-painted bumper repainted locally....I am not shooting the messenger but sharing my displeasure. I wish there was a way to have new retainers/guides applied to our existing bumpers.
Maybe I should get a 2023 after all (lol)

I'm with you on this. I'm guessing if that was a viable option, they would go with it as repainting, recalibrations, etc is not cheap. We have 4 years/36k (? I can't remember this value) to decide. I am still simmering on if I should get it fixed. I despise aftermarket paint; it is never as good as factory.

That's part of the reason I have to stay here for a while as well. Biggest parts are what happened to the housing market and tech sector.
I probably would take you up on the trade if things like that actually happened.
