Do not believe them... I was told the SAME thing when I bought my 2020 RCF... They stated that it was not compatible at all with my car. All local dealers weren't helpful in this matter. I called Belle Lexus and they helped a lot. What happens is if your car isn't coming from the factory with the credit card key it's going to show up in any system that it's not compatible. I bought the credit card key. Went to my local lock smith and he cut the key for $10. Then I used Techstream to add the credit card key to my vehicle. The techstream process took less than 5 minutes. Now the car has the credit card key. Super easy.

I wonder if they can reprogram my old Is500 key to this car and have two?

Finally my car is PPF, Tinted, Ceramic Coated. I now need a better camera because compared to some of your pics it really doesn't capture how it looks.
