Moonman... OMG, you changed your 2022 for a 2023?!? I thought I was gonna be ridiculed for even considering this but glad you did the switch and love the color as you know I would have loved to see white with the darker Enkei wheels but oh well....

I got $63k trade-in for my LE it was 1-year old with 20k miles (I got the LE for msrp). The same dealer I got my LE last year for msrp called me & was like we have a ultra-white up for grabs msrp. I had to grab it asap because Ultra-White was my original pick last year but couldn't find any..

 

This makes me excited for mine. The white on black w/ black wheels is just so sharp looking. Adding a dark tint will further accentuate that. Can't wait!

 

^^ Nardo Grey was cool but the way I see it that same color on the LE can be found on KIA's & Hyundai's lol The White is so slick IMO I am getting tints next week.

 

What a flippin sweet deal! Lexus Carlsbad offered me $52k for my non LE with 3800 miles. Now you see why I love to hate them so much.

 

And white can be found on everything, lol.

Intriguing article, thank you for sharing it. My conclusion is that Molten Pearl is the best color. Rarest and will hold it's value the best, if you're into that sort of thing. Save for Flare Yellow.

I think moonman's color choice is excused by the fact he got a IS500. I agree it's not my choice either because white reminds me of fleet vehicles just like the article said, but let's face it, white on a Ford Focus is different than white on a IS500.

 

Andybomb...i hear what you are saying but it all about preference. MOONMAN stated that he originally wanted white so I can see why he traded to the 2023 MY. I don't think he intended to be disrespectful to those having the Incognito, just stated it is not an exclusive color, even to Lexus.

I mean Molten Pearl is a unique shade but shades of orange exist in other brands too. In the end, people buys colors that resonate to them...i love white cars, always have, always will

 

^^ Yup & that Molten Pearl is far more exclusive than the Incognito. Also now Lexus offers the Incognito on a IS350 lol

 

If production trends remain relatively steady, there won't be anywhere near 150 Grecian Water cars.

 

You're right, I don't think the number of Grecian water units will ever surpass any other color.
