Wow is the flare yellow that muted? Looks so…off? Was there a markup on it?
The color’s hue (like Infrared) changes depending on the angle and lighting. The color didn’t look pastel-ish to me in person, but the camera saw it that way in one of those shots. An owner chimed in and said in the sunlight, it can read as pastel. I’ve only seen it once and indoors, but he’s had it for weeks, so I’ll take his word for it.
I think it looks pretty good and has me a lot more interested than the Molten Peral or even the green that I know many would like to see. The only thing that has me pausing is I know that black wheels are the only color that would look great with such a vibrant color and I have a tremendous dislike for black wheel, not because of how they look (maybe 20%) but how they are to maintain
You can pull off colours like flare yellow, molten pearl, infrared, USB, etc on a car like the IS500, LC500, RCF, because of their sporty, muscular stance. I can't even imagine how bizarre an RX or ES would look in flare yellow. Yeah, for the neutral shades (nori green included), you can pretty much slap that onto every vehicle in the Lexus lineup.
New exhaust. Honestly I think the borla is the best choice for this car. I was leaning towards the revel but glad I didn’t. This is just about perfect. Zero drone. Resonance around 2k yea but not at cruising and looks terrific. Lil more low end grunt feels like too.
Looks great. I have been contemplating something similar, thank you for posting!

My gut was right though. I really love the way it looks. You can definitely still see through it but you can still tell it's tinted. Best of all, this top of the line film rejects 54% of solar energy, which is even more than most darker films.
Car looks great! Can I ask how the white interior is holding up? Do you still like it?
