yup. I’ve had thathappen last year when it was just slush. This will be the 3rd winter on these, so may look for an upgrade for next year

The PA4s are a bit more performance oriented so I expect their dry winter performance is better than say the X-Ice or Blizzaks but the latter beat them in snow and on ice.

Agreed that x-ice and Blizzaks would probably perform better than the Alpin 4s. Though I've heard great things about the Alpin 5s over on the G80 forums in the snow. I think tyre reviews concluded that the Alpin 5s are the best winter tires available currently.

The Alpin 6 perform well, but it depends what you want. Based on Tyre Review, there are better tires if you need tires for bad winter conditions.

I can confirm that it handles perfectly fine with the Continental winter tires... Snow mode, traction and stability aids with LSD make for a safe and controlled drive.
Hi, Kumchiguy123, may I ask which dealership you bought your car from?. Was it Lexus on the park? Just curious, I sold my LE in September and bought the RCF Final Edition

Agreed. I just keep mine parked and use my wife's NX (sigh) when it snows in Jersey...
