I have two sets of the BSS wheels that come on the DHP 500s. I had one set installed on my 300 and initialized the TPMS sensors without issue using my scan tool. I wanted to swap that set onto my 500 so I did, stored the TPMS sensor codes and tried to initialize them using the TPMS button but I must be doing it wrong. Can somebody share the easiest way to get these to read properly?

Are they the oem sensors to your 300 you had, and put them in the bbs wheels? I’m not sure, but maybe the 300 and is500 have different frequencies they talk to the car with
These wheels have factory Lexus sensors and these wheels are exactly how they come on the IS500 and I am mounting them to a 500. There should be no difference.
It should be just get the sensors ids with a scan tool, and write them to the car, then test drive to see if they are reading. Sounds like you did that already, so maybe need an oem scan tool?
I had a 2019 IS300 that I bought IS500 wheels and put on the 300 shown here:
I bought a 2023 IS500 with the same wheels, shown here:
Long story short, I have newer Michelin SP4AS tires on the IS500 wheels that were mounted on my IS300. The wheels that came on my IS500 when I bought it used, have the stock Potenzas on but they are beat up so I wanted the fresher tires on while I buy new tires for the other set.
Very odd, as both should have the same sensors. I checked the frequency of both sensors and both wheels have 315mhz TPMS sensors. I have tried and tried and tried to add the other set of tires, both with my OBD tool, and a dedicated TPMS tool and neither seem to work. I ended up adding the TPMS serial numbers from the wheels with the bad tires back on and the TPMS light goes out instantly and those tires show pressure. I really can't understand why these sensors won't register.
