I'm still baffled that they will not replace a bent wheel. There is no way that the wheel
can be balanced. At highway speeds there has to be a strong vibration.
Lexus service has rapidly gone down hill. Get your money back if there is no other recourse.
sorry to hear about your troubles.

One morning coming home from work I swerved to dodge a "parking chock" that must have fell off a truck only to hit its brother laying just a few feet away. Bent the barrel of the Advan rim but no air leak, it literally took 2 lbs of weights to even somewhat balance it and the weights were scraping on my BBK. When they brought my car out of the shop the "what the ****" look on my face must have said it all. They took it back without saying anything and said they would call when they located another rim.
Side note - while true extended/extra coverage warranties and the like are almost always a HUGE waste of money, in this situation they can be a smart move as they’re often priced the same for high sidewall tire’d SUVs/cars (which will rarely experience damage) as they are for low profile tire’d cars like ours which almost certainly will get curb rash, bent rims, etc. Of course this assumes they actually honor their warranty unlike the BS headache they’re causing in this situation.

Utterly wild that they're trying to deny this because the damage isn't bad enough yet. This reads like pretty trash coverage. If I were you I'd monitor the tire pressures closely as it doesn't state a time period for how long it takes to lose pressure and if it drops 1 psi over a week I'd re-file a claim.
“hold air” is not referring to only in static parked state. Drive the car. Report the disproportionate loss of pressure. Also, They are required to fix the wheel cosmetically :to sand, balance, and straighten it.
I’ve used this coverage many many times. But certain damage requires more pushing.
I paid for all the extended warranty coverage. Thinking the cars deserve it for being the best Lexus has to offer. But looking at such absurd details of the BS they are spouting to not honor the warranty is just shocking.
Lexus has become trash for the most part, look at the bumper issues and QC problems. Esp Lexus of North America division. I doubt Lexus JP would deny this issue, the entire point of protection was to save the high cost of these Forged Wheels.
Truly shameful. As many suggested. At this point you have to somehow contact Lexus corporate and try to get it resolved. How does LFS even play a role here, these warranties are offered regardless of which Financial service we have. Dealership and LFS both acting against consumers is truly sad.

I went back to the dealership to talk to the guy who sold me the protection, even he doesn’t know how my wheel isn’t leaking air. The service manager was there and they talked and told me that they will make some calls to help me with the wheel, probably to lower the price of the wheel for me to buy… but they said my protection was for cosmetic or seriously seriously damaged wheels… so after I get my wheel I’m 100% cancelling this bs. I’m really hoping the state claim will pay for the wheel since Lexus isn’t.
seriously seriously damaged wheels…
My knee jerk reaction is to have everyone on here 1-star Google Review them - all with the same subject line, something about not purchasing their warranty.
This is real. I had luck with Road & Bridge for my city. I took pictures and sent everything in. They sent me a check as well. It was years ago and on a different car (about $500), but this could save you a bunch as well...

Geeezzzz who brought the bad news bear? Let's get her some honey...
For real though, I totally agree - but he's already clutching at straws. If anyone has the time to read this entire post for suggestions, they have the time to call their city's Road & Bridge Department for a shot in the dark. Worst case, he gets another 'no'.
