Default 18/19” square setup using OEM wheels?

I have an IS500 with the 19” BBS staggered wheels, and would like to swap out for a square setup for more all season options, preferably using Lexus OEM wheels (willing to go with either 18s or 19s). Does anyone know if other IS wheels will clear the 500 calipers, or if any other Lexus models have something that might work?

I’ve been wondering if the rear BBS’s will fit on the front too.

Had the wheels off yesterday and tried just this. Not even close. It would need at least a 10mm spacer, probably more. The inner lip of the BBS are very thick compared to most aftermarket options. I have some 19x9.5+45 enkeis and the rims themselves clear the upright by about 2-3mm and with tires added only need a 3-5mm spacer to clear.
Putting a 9.5" wheel on the front will require more camber or going with a pretty skinny tire to have any hope of clearing the fender.

on my RC, I ran a 18x9.5+35 wheel, with a 275/35/18, no spacer

This is 19x9.5 +45 with a 3mm spacer (so equivalent to +42) with 265/35R19 PS4S. My guess is the IS has a little bit less room up front.
