Default Lug bolts rusted

I just picked up a used 2022 IS 350 F-sport with only 8k miles on it a week ago. I absolutely love it, one thing I didn't notice until I went to detail it, was the lug bolts have rust on all 4 wheels and looks like they are corroded. I was wondering, do these look like the original bolts or are they cheap knock-offs? Seems odd that they are rusted and look oxidized after only 8 thousand miles.

Then another thing that seems weird was the finish on the wheels. I noticed all of them have swirl marks like crazy. The finish on the paint of the car; however, is pretty much flawless. So it doesn't seem like the previous owner was too harsh when cleaning the car. Is the finish on these wheels just really easy to scratch up? Has anyone else that has a 2021 or up noticed this as well?

Thanks for your input!

No, they are not black, they are like a flat gray.

The wheels can be polished out.

Consider replacing the studs before they get really rusty and stain your nice wheels. Hate to say it but Lexus has started sourcing parts from questionable suppliers for example air and transmission filters some are made in Mexico and look worse than aftermarket.

For the wheels, it's probably just been through some automatic car washes.

I had a whole incident with my dealer, who washed the car even though I asked them not to. This resulted in my wheels looking very similar to above. They attempted to "polish" them, but the wheels still looked bad when I got the car back. So I ended up having the dealer replace the wheels.

Washing those wheels by-hand is the best way to go.

Also, just as an FYI, do NOT use "chrome/wheel" polish to polish these wheels. They're not the typical chrome that people are used to. It's that PVD stuff.
