I just recently put some concave custom painted white and black 22" wheels on my 2018 LS500 F Sport. Because the wheels are concave and the back wheels are even more concave the lug nut stick out a good inch or more. The front wheels I dont have this problem. The guy at the tire place said I could do open ended lug nuts on the rear wheels, but even then the stud might stick out the open end of the lug nut. I HATE the way it looks -- it just looks goofy -- and I am fixating on it. The guy I bought them for says its completely normal for concave wheels to have this happen. I cant return the wheels as they are custom painted, etc. Does anybody have any suggestions or insight

This is definitely normal every single concave wheel I have had has had the lug nuts sticking out.
Thanks for the replies, it ended up being that they sent me lug nuts that were too long. I put the shorter lug nuts on the rear wheels and they dont go past the wheel facing...what a relief !!!
