I believe the only difference between your shift **** and this one is the perforations in the leather. I also don't believe you'd need the "Japan" part. It comes on F Sport models state-side as well. You can see the perforations on my stock US-market F Sport below:

Thanks for pointing out that it's the same as the CAN/US F Sport models

 

The IS was listed when I looked it up. I used the 2018 IS 350 to search for it. Not sure if there is a difference with the Canadian and US website. Either way, same part number.
