On the 21 is350 when the car is cold.. You guys ever hear a clunk and feel like your driving over a rock when the wheel is turned all the way to the left and start to drive slowly .. It only happens when it’s cold
For what it's worth ..... I have a '22 RWD and hear various clunky noises when reversing out from a parking stall, garage etc. sometimes. Salesman drives similar vech. as does some of his compadres and he says it's normal (of course). I mentioned it at the 5k service and tech. said it was from the torque converter reversing directions ("unless you come to a complete stop") which is bull****. This is front end noise. If the thing didn't handle like it was on rails I'd be more concerned.

When dealership people say stuff like that, they're either assuming they're actually right and that they've seen your problem before, or they are just trying to dodge having to set up an appointment for you and get it resolved because let's face it, they are busy. When I had the steering issue, I had to be a bit of a jerk to get them to actually listen to me. "I know how power steering feels. I know about alignment and what that can do to steering on the highway. I insist that I am having a different problem; go on ClubLexus and you will see I am not the only one." Something like that. Different problem but same BS responses when they couldn't reproduce it.
Having said that, I agree with you that whatever noise is coming from the front end when making low-speed maneuvers seems to have no impact on handling.
Agreed .... BTW, The same tech couldn't figure out how to increase the number of flashes for the first stage turn signal indicator. I came home and found a procedure on this forum and did it myself.
