Yes, the price is accurate. I had one of mine replaced because it was already slightly faded. The part number was 75710-53060. Look it up and you'll see how expensive it is. Now multiply that by 4 pieces per side x 2 sides of the car. You're looking at $4000.

I've already noticed a few people's IS500 window trims faded from pictures on facebook/instagram. I doubt they noticed themselves. It took me 6 months of ownership to notice my own. I cannot stress this enough - BE CAREFUL with your black window trim.

No , this is definitely not the dark chrome . Thank you for pointing this out with an actual picture , instead of calling it a " side profile " .

When I first looked through the pictures of this vehicle I was looking at all the complete exterior views and never once looked at anything showing the interior .

Do you need me to hold your hand too? You've made 9 posts since joining and objectively more than half of them have either been duplicates or misinformation. Great track record if you ask me.

so what all is involved to have the pieces "wrapped"? do they take the trim off and wrap, then reinstall, or do they just put film over the trim while still attached to the car?

depends on where you go and per your request/requirement. obviously the easiest way is to wrap while still on the vehicle. the latter would cost more and take longer.

I would 100% recommend doing it while still on the car. The clips on the bottoms pieces are very fragile and the the top pieces are held in with rivets so you have to drill them out

Can't speak in his case, but in the owners manuals they warn you that the black finish can be damaged (removed) if not cleaned properly or too vigorously.

I don't think it's sun. I hardly ever park in direct sunlight. I honestly don't know how it happened, but it was very early in my ownership because I had a photo I took in January 2022 which was even before I got tints, and you could see it there. Like I said, it went unnoticed for months. Based on the pattern, it looked like it was due to wiping. I just can't recall an instance where I wiped it that hard.

When will the 2023 IS 350 F Sport with DHP and ML arrive at dealerships? All I’m seeing is 2023 IS 300’s

Strange. All the 2023's I've seen around my local dealerships have been F-Sports. But none with the options you listed.

I read somewhere they are holding vehicles to the US because they don’t have chips for the Mark Levinson, is that correct?

Strange. I'm seeing some here in the ATL area with Mark Levinson. In fact, one that I was watching with F Sport Handling and ML/Nav has sold.

Haven't heard that. But anything is possible at this point.

Possibly the first pictures of the IS350 F-Sport *Design* variant: 2023 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Design RWD - $50,490 - CarGurus
I must say, it looks just as gross as I expected it to. That interior on a $45,000 car ($50,000 with the markup it has on it) should be a crime and Akio should be ashamed. One thing I also noticed was that the badges of the F-Sport design appear to be a dark gunmetal gray which may be cool for those who want to do a chrome delete on a regular and proper 350 F Sport, but they bare wayyyyy too much resemblance to the IS500 badges at a distance, especially considering just how different they are.
