Checking in for any 2023 updates? Got to be any day now. Things are getting late in the model year change-over.

 

Keep in mind that the 3.5IS doesn't sell worldwide. The ES, NX, and RX are truthfully more popular models than the IS, so giving them interior makeovers or refreshed infotainment makes more sense than putting such in the current 3.5IS. Still, time will tell. Hopefully, we should be closer to finding out what's going on with the 2023 IS models.

 

The Japanese IS500 doesn't have the new infotainment system, so we can probably assume that it's also gonna be the same till next gen.

 

Why would anyone want the new infotainment? You guys like paying a subscription for navigation?

lol yeah my bad. I was over at the LC forum and for whatever reason I was in the IS forum.

 

Inhave the new infotainment with nav in my 23 ES and the old infotainment withoit it in my 23 IS. Either of them support Android and apple screen mirroring which gives free navigation if your phone is with you. And smartphone navigation is far superior to the built in Lexus system.
