There was someone on the forum who was able to program these but he was selling them on his own. I did the same swap as you but I made sure the gauge cluster was coming from a vehicle that did not have these systems. I don't think anyone knows how to re-program it to turn those lights off, your best bet is to return this cluster and find one that has NO LDA / PCS system.
