Hello and greetings from The Netherlands.
I need your help on finding suitable spacers for my 2015 Lexus IS300h F sport.
Somehow I can not find them, leading brands like Eibach ot H&R …nope, not for this model.
Correct me if Im wrong but I need 5x114,3 60.1
do you think I can use spacers from other Lexus models ( older like series II) with the same dimensions?

Even though they don't have a listing for your IS300h, any IS listing from 2014-2020 will work.
You could also use anything listed for a 2013-2020 GS350...or as you suggested, a 2IS from 2006-2013.
It just needs to be 60.1mm bore with 5x114.3mm (or 4.5inches) bolt pattern.
