Air Conditioner - Cold on Drivers Side and Hot on Passengers SIde
What tone are you talking about? I don't think I mention anything about "tones" on the page.
With those codes, you should be able to figure out which motors and areas are being affected by the issue. I suggest getting Techstream or finding someone with Techstream that is able to help reset your HVAC system. You might need to do this several times as it took me at least 6 tries to actually hear all the motors reinitialize again. Once you do, clear the codes so that if it does happen again you can pull them up for comparison.
Mines usually acts up when I put the temperature near warm to hot then back to cold which makes the motors "confused". My only inexpensive solution is to keep resetting the HVAC system. I rarely touch my temperatures just so I don't have to deal with it.

Im going to have a buddy of mine who has a tech stream come by and try to reset them. But I also read last night that Lexus has put out a recall on the servo motors if it throws those codes and might be able to get them to reset or replaced free of charge. I will be calling tomorrow to see if I am eligible which I should be. The recall was on January 12 2021 and they acknowledged the issue with these servo motors. To my suppose it will also cover cars that have a Salvaged title since the problem is labeled Emissions related. The tone I was talking about was something I read on another thread somebody mentioned if a tone could be heard through audio system then the error is currently existing and if no tone was heard then there was no issue but maybe that could have been for a different year or model I’m assuming.
You will need to check with the dealership and also lookup your VIN. There are several versions of that recall and the dealership wouldn't honor the recall even if their terms stated you're able to get it past a certain number of days after the recall ended.
called them up and yea it expired last year bummer I’m going to have them re initialize the system and hope it works because it was working just fine and now I have 3 codes 41 54 and 55 I doubt that all 3 malfunctioned on the same day so hopefully the re initialization of the Servos does the trick. Like I stated in earlier post all this happened right after a loose ground to my fans wasn’t making contact properly ac functioned just fine an blew ice cold prior to this ground becoming loose.. so it seems to me this may have “confused” the servos will update after using tech stream
