With all the seats adjustments I’m sure you can find a setting that is comfortable with you. If not, you might be one of the few who don’t find it comfortable.
I'm still working on trying to find something that works. Ive even bought seat cushions to try to help lol. Right now I have the car seat pushed back a decent distance for room for my legs, slightly reclined and no lumbar. The lumbar feels uncomfortable on my back.

I'm happy you feel no pain. Wish I was like that. Did it take you time to get used to the seat or was it instantly comfortable? Right now I'm at 640 miles and seeing if the seat "breaks in." I just feel the seats are super firm and don't have as much back support. I'm comparing this to my 2011 honda civic which was my old car. I had 0 pain when driving it.

I tried driving upright but it got pretty painful quickly. Right now I have a slight lean around 110 degrees. Feels like the seat needs more padding or cushion or something. Maybe the seat breaks in after a while I dunno.

I've tried that. I actually have it so that there is very little tilt for the thighs. Feels slightly less painful that way. Kinda weird.

I remember when Lexus launched with the first LS. They would even re-stuff and adjust the padding in the seat until you were satisfied. When The Relentless Pursuit of Perfection mean something.

I used get a pain in my lower right back after long drives, recently I adjusted my seat to sit further up...it feels weird at first but god does it help. I think the issue is with the design of the gas pedal and how far you need to extend your leg/foot down.
