After looking up throttle controllers for the 3IS, I happened upon a website, or rather, an article from a tuner website displaying multiple charts with things such as the VVTI charts, throttle mapping (what this thread is about) and ignition timing.

Since then I have come up with a graph detailing the throttle curve on a line graph. Apparently the throttle curves change depending on mode AND gear. The one I have completed now details all gears in Sport (or Sport+) mode on RWD models.
The black line signifies the actual pedal movement. All others signify the accelerator output, aka what the throttle body is actually at.
The red line signifies the first gear curve, the brown line signifies the second gear curve, the orange line signifies the third gear curve, the green line signifies the fourth gear curve and the purple line signifies fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and reverse gears. As I have already stated this only represents SPORT or SPORT+ modes.
Notice the fairly sudden raise near WOT in the green and purple lines. I can see why certain people put throttle controllers on their cars now.
