Hey guys, I live in California and recently it was flooding a bit. I was driving along the highway at night in my 14 is350 and hit a decently deep patch of water that I couldn't see. It really felt like it slammed the underside of the front pretty hard. When I arrived, I noticed the the driver side underbody front panel looks like it's coming off a bit. Does anyone have any insight into this? How important is it to fix it, what risks do I run not fixing it, and if I were to fix it, should I go to a dealer or an independent shop, and around how much am I looking at to get it fixed?
I'd really appreciate some more information about this. I tried looking it up online and either I wasn't looking up the right stuff, or no one else has posted about this.

You can try pushing it up and sliding it underneath the front of the bumper or tell a tech to adjust it.. it's not serious but I'd be annoyed too (happened to me a few times).
