IS350 typical discount off MSRP
Wondering if anyone would love to share how much off MSRP were dealers able to negotiate? I'm considering getting a 2021 IS350 AWD F sport recently andt he one I'm looking into now has an MSRP at 50k. Since I was told the 2022 version will come this October, I'm expecting to get some discount on the old one.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Almost all are marked up over MSRP due to the obvious reasons.

Majority of places here in California have them at MSRP or with an additional $2-5k over. I was only able to get $1k off MSRP plus an additional $1500 off from the Lexus Golden Opportunity incentive. That was 2 weeks ago in Norcal.

There was another thread about a month or two back regarding pricing in case it helps. However as others mentioned, this is a terrible time to buy a car. If you have the time, it doesn’t hurt to test the waters. However, automotive inventory should begin to improve in Q1 22.
I have not taken delivery of mine yet but have done the paperwork, but I was able to get $1,700 off MSRP and another $1,500 for a Lexus promotion that was going on at the time.

I got really lucky and was able to negotiate ~$6k off MSRP of a fully loaded 2021 IS350 F-Sport DHP RWD back in February. In addition to that price, I got an additional $1500 rebate for having another Lexus in the family so I would ask about that Lexus loyalty rebate if applicable. With the chip shortage and high demand in cars atm, I believe everything is going to be sold at MSRP or higher unfortunately. I was recently in for my 5k service maintenance and they said that the IS's are unicorns right now since they haven't received any more in shipment. I believe the guy said production might have been temporarily halted, but I'm not sure if that is true. Best of luck! If you are able to, I would wait it out til the shortage improves.
"Late last month, shortages of semiconductors and other parts grew so acute that Toyota felt compelled to announce it would slash production by at least 40% in Japan and North America for two months. The cuts meant a reduction of 360,000 vehicles worldwide in September. Toyota, which largely avoided sporadic factory closures that have plagued rivals this year, now foresees production losses into October."
