Default IS300 AWD F Sport ABS Sensor

Hello!

I recently had a strip off tire come off and sever my front left ABS sensor wire. I patched the two wires but all the maintenance lights are still on. I'm not sure if the wire maybe got pulled out of the sensor itself. Ill have to disconnect it again to check the resistance but in the case that I cant repair the old one would anyone be able to help me find a sensor? The local service shop near me quoted $300 just for the sensor and I'm having a heck of a time finding one online that fits the AWD. If it is even different from the RWD I'm not sure. I was also wondering if a generic ABS sensor and wire harness would do the trick as well?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum!

The sensor and wire harness are specific to the vehicle, and are different from the front ones of the RWD model.
Not sure if anyone provided you the part number, but here it is: 89543-24021
Hopefully you can use it online to find the sensor/harness.
The part is about $200+ USD, so the quote of $300 was reasonable considering the labor to install.
