Have you tried reaching out on the IG page? I asked a couple of questions 2 days ago in app and got a response within a few minutes each time. Then asked another and got a response in the morning (after the user came back "online" in the account).

It's not just support questions, took them 2 weeks to give a half *** response to a basic sales question. Ordered one off website 2 weeks ago (there was no option for joystick or ****) and have had zero response. Hopefully they will ship soon and it will be correct. This will be my 4th android headunit, hoping this one will be better

 

I was talking to him yesterday about some stuff. Apparently, the reason for the laggy responses recently is because he has been undergoing surgery for the last couple of weeks.
