Hi my 2015 Is 350 brake fluid container is i can not read between mon/max. can this be cleaned or needs to be flushed? Have any of you seen this before?

 

Not sure what the question is as I believe a word or two are missing.

The fluid looks like some of it is clean and some is dirty.
The level looks to be right where the seam is on the reservoir where the bottom and top halves join together.
To be on the safe side I would just flush the entire system...it looks like maybe someone just sucked out some of the fluid in the front compartment and refilled it.
