Default Radio antenna cover replacement

So... roommate was leaving the garage and as I was backing in she habitually pressed the garage door remote. The radio antenna cover got snagged onto the bottom of the garage door and bent half of the electronics board off. I'd just stuck 3M on as the GPS still works; surprisingly.

A while ago I went to a power car wash and when I parked my car I realized the powerful water actually blew the cover off. So I went to Lexus and ordered a new antenna cover and it was not expensive at all.

It came with a screw and a plastic part, a small rectangular foam on adhesive, and the large soft rubber seal/gasket. All these parts are still intact on my vehicle, albeit a bit weathered. When I put on the radio antenna cover, it snapped into place and while it won't come off, there's just too much play when I jostle it than I'm comfortable with.

Any ideas on how to properly replace all these parts without opening from down under?
