Hello everyone, I just wanted to share some issues I'm having with the Bluetooth on my 2014 IS 250 AWD.
Before i continue I have to say that I've searched and coud not find anything on my particular problem so if anyone had this issue any help will be greatly appreciated.
The problem is that my Bluetooth keeps cutting out on calls(extremely annoying) , I have an LG K51 with latest version of Android and had the same issue with previous Android phones.
I'd appreciate any input on this issue.

What other Android phones did you have the problem with?
And how long has this been happening?
DO you ever notice it cutting out with Bluetooth Audio or even playing the Radio?

I would suggest confirming you have the most recent firmware installed for the navigation.
Refer to the attached document...start on page 6 of the PDF and by page 8 you will know if it needs updating or not.
Let us know if you need the update.

Do you have the device plugged into the USB port for charging or do you use
the 12v socket with an adapter? Two reasons to use the 12v method are:
a) the USB port only provides 500 milliamps (0.5 Amp) current
b) the USB port is intended to connect for media and when switching
from Bluetooth phone to hardwire media it can glitch.
