Default Registering New TPMS ID Codes on a 2021 Model

I'm just passing this information along for any owners that might be changing TPMS sensors on a 2021 IS model. I don't believe the previous years had the capability to internally relearn new TPMS ID codes, but this feature works seamlessly on the 2021 following the procedure outlined in the owners manual. This means no more trips to the dealer or having to purchase a code reset tool. In an effort to avoid connection issues with off-brand sensors, I did purchase factory sensors 4260753020 from a Lexus dealer. As in the past, they are manufactured by Pacific Industrial, but now carry FCC Code PMV-E000. I assume you will eventually be able to purchase these sensors through the Denso brand at a discounted price.
