2021 Lexus IS 300 turn signal indicator
Does anyone know if this trick still works on the 2021 version?

Also, is it possible to change the volume of the turn signal indicator. It's sooo easy to miss especially when there's music playing.

Welcome to the forum!
If you refer to page 399 of your paper Owners Manual you will see that you can customize the turn signal operation...however it indicates this is a dealer customizable feature, you cannot change it yourself.
However, something like a Carista bluetooth dongle and app may be able to do the same thing.
