I bought mine on 11/29/2013. I had no intention of buying a car that day. Oops.
I've had this car longer than any other car, by far. Usually, by the time I hit 50K miles, I'm tired of the car.

I think I beat you by a few months I bought it around July 2013 when no one had seen the car on the road. My mileage now is only 65k miles. I remember when I was driving around town people were staring at my car everywhere I go.

Bought my 2015 350 F Sport in 2017 with 30k. Currently have 108k and it will continue to go up.
Have to agree with OP I am bored with the car but nothing currently catches my eye like the 3IS did saying "I WANT"

I remember when I first saw my very first 3IS. It was when they first started to appear on the road so probably mid- late 2013.. it was black, in the fast lane, going southbound 405 around long beach I wanna say. It was night time and my first thought was how bright and purple the LED lights looked on the road. Back then LED headlights were still relatively not too common. At least decent ones anyway.

Hah. I went in for an oil change on my 2nd Gen IS with no intention of buying. Walked out on 10/2013 with new IS350 F sport. 75k miles on the ODO now. It's my daily and prefer commuting with it more than my 911. It's just so much more comfortable.Originally Posted by doodlebug

Anybody had exhaust leaks? I’ve got 2 in 1 year...also I’m at 100,000km (60k miles) and finding the suspension feels way softer/mushy...more nose and tail dive, more body roll, bumps are louder/harder...I know shocks wear but im borderline debating getting new ones all around it’s a pretty rough ride. Plus I have the upgraded LCA bushings.

I bought my 3IS new in late Jan 14 and had no intentions of selling it. I finally decided to sell it this last Jan after 7 years and 53k miles and moved onto a 2011 ISF. I've always wanted one, and found that was perfect.

I’ve been checking out BMW X3 m40i, I LOVE my 350 but I’ve never had a FAST car and I feel like I’m missing that in my life.
Depending on IS500 situation I might be interested. Also Acura TLX Type-s with turbo v6 is coming out.
Great cars all around, but unlike majority of ppl on this forum I’ve never had a fast car and I feel life won’t be complete without one.

Yeah I'm kinda in the same boat.. I've had 2 of my favorite cars (Lexus SC and IS), cars that handled well..but never something fast. My 350 didnt fulfill that to the extent I want in my next sport car (knew that when I got it). So I traded to a Lexus hybrid figure save tons of $ on my daily and next get what really scratches that itch for a "weekend warrior" 2nd car. Always liked the 08+ corvette think it'd be a fun project car. Never leased either so maybe like you lease something nicer too like an AMG or M car just to get it out of my system. I don’t have enough $$$ for anything to crazy..budget would be around 50k I would buy used with a warranty....the fastest car I’ve owned is my 350 and they feel fast, they sound fast, but watching the rate in which the speedometer rises is kinda slow. I Love everything else about it though. Originally Posted by HOMER350

I’ve had my 350 going on 3 years and am officially bored with it performance wise. Knowing I am about as fast as a V6 Camry is a bit depressing.

It's been like that IS vs Camry since 1st gen. Those with our NA 2JZ motors were within a couple years suddenly ranked with camry lol. Originally Posted by NickCaesar

Ill either go tuner years out of warranty (do the work myself) or something that competes off the shelf lease.
