Our 3IS guards do not need drilling for the front set. They come with pre drilled holes to use with the existing hardware.
The rear set comes with 3M double sided tape and pre drilled holes if you want to secure them a bit better. I always recommend adding the included screws but you will have to drill into the bumper (3 tiny holes). These have been tested at 120mph+ with just the 3M tape with no issues.
