Default LTA Icon won’t disappear

I still see the LTA icon on my IS300 (2021) display even when I turn OFF the LTA button on the steering wheel. The beep/buzzer is still triggered all the time and it’s driving me nuts.

Help and suggestions greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum!

In regards to the LTA, when the dash light is illuminated, the system is ON.
Alternately, when the system if OFF, the light is out.
If you're pressing the Steering wheel button and the light is remaining on, then it's best to take it to the dealer...it would seem there is an issue with the button circuit.
To confirm, the button is on the right side of the steering wheel in the lower controls, it's the left lower button in the cluster of buttons.

Thanks so much for your response! I figured out that I needed to PRESS and HOLD the button to turn off the icon, and hence the system. Sanity has returned 🤓🙋

Good to know...the Owners manual only says to press, not hold. Shows how a couple extra words can make a difference.
