Default Vinyl roof wrap issue on 3IS

Can someone tell me what is going on here with my 3M vinyl roof wrap...have had the wrap on since July and have recently started noticing these bubbles/water marks? They are not bubbles as they are all still smooth. I applied pressure to these marks and they do not disperse...it looks like my roof wrap broke out in chicken pox. They are 3M and therefore im hoping it is covered under warranty..

I live in the Northeast so it is quite cold right now and the car is mostly parked outside. Could that be the issue?

yep already scheduled. I just hope they will cover it under the 3M warranty and not try to weasel their way out to say it’s my fault and have me pay for it.

@JNP1227 i noticed you’re in the Mass Area, I am too. I got the wrap done at this place in Malden called Pelicar. Not sure if you know of the place..

Never heard of them but i know East Coast Auto Styling in Malden and they do a real good job. There is a few others near Burlington if you live near in the area that are good as well

I dunno about your bubbles but in my experience 3M is by far the worst vinyl you can buy. Thin trash bag status in my experience. Ask your installer to use another brand.

Definitely go back to them and have them replace it. Good quality tints should not do that and the shop should be replacing it free of charge.
