2014 IS250 Wiper doesn’t return to bottom when stopped
Wanted to get some thoughts on this issue. When I use my wipers and click to stop them they don’t return all the way down to the starting point. Instead, they stop where ever they were such as mid-windshield. Does this sound like the relay needs to be replace or motor?

Welcome to the forum!
The issue you describe is most likely the motor.
If you'd like to quickly check the relay, there is a relay box to the right of the Engine ECU box under the hood (as viewed from standing in front the driver's headlight looking at the engine bay).
In the relay box you will see the WIPER Relay and INT Relay. Confirm the intermittent wipers work properly before the next step.
Remove the two relays and swap them...if the intermittent wipers work properly before and after the swap, and the wipers still have the same issue of stopping wherever, then the issue is most likely the motor.
If anything different occurs, then it may be a relay issue.
