Default Button Backlight Issue

Hello CLS community!

I had been neglecting this problem for a very long time but it's starting to get annoying when driving at night. The backlight for climate controls is dead. The only light that is still on is A/C and Fan button. All the buttons function properly except the backlights are dead. I noticed that it first starts to flicker then died the next week. Now my shifter backlight is flickering, I think it's going to die soon too. I checked all the fuses near the OBD port and under the hood. None of them are blown. I would really appreciate your advice and help on this one.

Thank you,

This picture is taken last year

The 30 seconds video is recorded recently. You can see more lights are out and dimmer.

Flickering is usually a sign that an LED is going to go dead soon.
I can see if the back lights on the hvac controls went, but that doesn't explain why the shifter is giving an issue now.
The illumination circuit (back lights) inside the car is basically one large circuit with many branches feeding the components.
The 7.5A Panel fuse powers the entire thing...so if the fuse went, so would all the illumination lights.
When one component has the lights go out, it's either the component of the wires to it.
Now you have two seperate components, in close proximity, that are failing/failed.
Something seems really odd. Does the car have any electronic accessories on it?

Thank you for your reply Sasnuke, You helped me on my last year's thread but I didn't have the time to finish. Here is the the thread from last year: Climate Control Back-light Issue
I used to have a Dashcam hardwire to the fuse box. I tapped the cam to 10A fuse IG I NO. 1 besides that, nothing else for interior accessories. I stopped using the dashcam ever since this happened, I think I tapped into the wrong fuse.
Could a low battery be the cause of this? Other problem I had is my side view mirror BSM system. It failed like 4 times and the dealer kept replacing the mirrors.
